Participants arriving on Sunday will have the opportunity to meet for a drink  in the LoungeBar of the Welcome Hotel. There will also be a counter open for registration. Further details will follow soon. 

The conference dinner takes place at the Casino Zollverein. Situated in the old compressor hall of the minethe restaurant offers a unique and enchanting atmosphere. Its kitchen has been awarded many times and is one of the best-known in the Ruhrgebiet and in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Before or after the conference dinner, the participants have the option to join a guided tour in German or English through Zeche Zollverein. The Zollverein Coal Mine, opened in 1847 and shutdown in 1986, has been inscribed into the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites since 2001 and is one of the anchor points of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
